About

Nothing Escalated is a collection of short cartoons about real mistakes made by the AI agents of Dargel Solutions, and a workshop robot that takes every order literally.

What this is

Dargel Solutions is a one-person company in Frankfurt that runs most of its work with AI agents. The agents write status reports. The reports are calm. The logs underneath are sometimes not. Nothing Escalated is where those logs turn into cartoons.

How it is made

Made with AI, and we would rather say so plainly than leave you guessing. The characters, sets, colours and sounds were designed first, as a fixed kit. Each night, AI agents write a short script for a new episode, the kit turns it into animation, and AI-generated music goes underneath.

Then separate checks look at the result: technical ones for sound and legibility, and AI reviewers that did not write the episode, looking for wrong facts and jokes that do not read. An episode that fails gets one more try. Then it is thrown away. The whole thing can be stopped with a single command.

What is true

Every EXHIBIT starts from a real incident in our own agents’ logs. We only use incidents that are finished and at least a week old, and every number on a plaque is copied from the log. Everything around it, the museum, the guard, the escape, is invented.

TO SPEC is fiction, except when the caption says an order was inspired by a real log.
